Master Tie Qiao San (Ti Lung) is an honorable and respected kung fu master, one of the fameous Ten Tigers of Kwantung. He’s also developed a bit of a taste for Opium, though, and his habit is getting worse. Meanwhile, a bunch of villains and their tough leader (Chen Kuan-Tai) want to get rich by opening an Opium house and getting the population hooked. Master Tie’s pupil Gua Si (Robert Mak Tak-Law) is a bit of a hothead, but at least he can see that the Opium isn’t doing his master (or anybody else) any good [hkmdb/reviews]. But fortunatly, Master Tie Qiao San would later recover himself with help of the blind monk Master Yi Zheng (Tong Gai, also director of the movie) after some catastrophic because of the Opium, and then he will face those villains in final magnificent duel.
… Moral of the story and the movie is quite good. Don’t miss it, if you still haven’t seen it. If I have a chance, I will try to re upload again (with other banned videos) … ^_^
In addition, Tong Gai, who is actually an action director and actor, but unfortunately had only 3 movies in his full directory; This movie, Shaolin Prince (1983) and Shaolin Intruders (1983). Less but perfect ! :D …. Have Fun ! ^_^
Üstad Tie Qiao San (Ti Lung) şerefli ve saygın bir Dövüş Sanatçısı, Kwantung’nun ünlü 10 Kaplanından bir tanesi, ve bölgesindeki milis güçlerin başıdır. Ama her fani insan gibi onunda bir kusuru vardır, ve ne yazık ki kendisi yavaş yavaş uyuşturucu batağına batmaktadır. Bu arada başlarında çok zorlu başka bir dövüş sanatçısının (Chen Kuan-Tai) olduğu bir grup kötü adam, kasabada bir Afyon evi açarak herkesi bağımlı yapıp çok para kazanmanın peşindedir. Üstad Tie’ın öğrencisi Gua Si (Robert Mak Tak-Law) olanları ve uyuşturucunun hiç kimse için iyi olmadığı derhal anlar, ama onları engellemek istese de başaramaz. Ayriyeten, Üstad Tie’ın Dövüş yeteneği, uyuşturucu bağımlılığı yüzünden iyice zayıfladığı için, o da yetersiz durumdadır, ve meydan tamamiyle kötülere kalmıştır. Ama neyseki, kör keşiş üstad Yi Zheng (Tong Gai, ayrıca filmin yönetmeni) sayesinde kahramanımız uyuşturucu bağımlılığını yener eski gücüne ve yeteneğine kavuşur. Sonunda finaldeki çok renkli bir düello ile kötüleri kasabadan temizlemeye koyulur.
Aslında bir çok ünlü filmin dövüş koreografisi ve aksiyonunu yönetmiş ve oynamış olan Tong Gai‘dan çok iyi bir Wuxia film. Ne yazık ki, kariyerinde sadece 3 filme yönetmenlik yapmış; Bu film, Shaolin Prince (1983) ve Shaolin Intruders (1983). Çeşke daha çok olsaydı, yinede az ama mükemmeller ! :D ….

Ti Lung did a good job in this one, was sad seeing him down like that, thank goodness for blind master! Would be awesome if you could upload some of those banned flicks. I cant find Tiger Killer anywhere (got the subs though) and have wanted to watch Water Margin again but cant find it in my collection. Thanks again for all the Wuxia!!!
